I am very excited to have the opportunity to speak with you about your upcoming decorating and design project. I appreciate your interest in Lorna Saunders Interiors and the chance to learn more about what you are looking to accomplish. Design work is a true partnership between client and designer and it's very important to determine up front if the project is a good fit for both parties.
Prior to our initial in-person meeting, I request that all prospective clients fill out this Client Intake Questionnaire. In my experience, the most successful design partnerships start with information and a complete understanding of what you wish to accomplish, your likes and dislikes, style preferences, and the full scope of the project.
This questionnaire is designed to help you define your vision of what you are looking for and to gather the important details of the project, such as timing, budget, design styles, and the type of work you are looking for. This is all vital information to understand prior to embarking on a design project in order to achieve a successful outcome.
