
Here are some photos of 2600 N Flagler Drive, Unit 304. It has the best "view" exposure and because it does not get the afternoon sun, the FPL bills are low. A new air conditioning unit was installed several months ago which also has lowered the FPL bills.
The unit is over 1100 sq feet with 2 large bedrooms (too hard to capture well with my iphone), each with a very large closet.

The guest bathroom also has a linen closet. There are 2 other closets by the entrance door. A storage locker comes with the unit and is located down the hall on the same floor (unlike newer buildings where they typically put them in the basement). The unit comes with one assigned parking spot and there is plenty of guest parking.
